Personal:
I’ve lived in Bend, Oregon for over 20 years and am a proud mom to two wonderful boys. I’ve always had a passion for business, organization, and helping others succeed, which naturally led me to the work I do today. I’m bilingual and speak English and Spanish fluently, allowing me to connect with and support a diverse range of clients. Outside of work, I enjoy baking and getting creative with hands-on projects.
Professional Background:
I started my career as an HR Generalist at a local commercial cleaning company, where I gained hands-on experience in payroll and employee operations. Within six months, my role expanded to include administrative and financial responsibilities, and in 2025 I stepped into an HR/Admin Manager role.
I now support key areas of business operations including payroll (ADP Run), QuickBooks bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, HR administration, compliance tracking, and overall business organization, amongst other day-to-day business tasks.
